As COO, Drew Dunkel aligns people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable impact. He is accountable for executing Koltiv’s strategic vision and optimizing P&L results, but his true passion lies in building a culture that people are proud to be a part of.
With 22 years in the IT industry, Drew serves as a Technology Advisory Board member for Northeast Iowa Community College. He is also IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and the author of Foundations of Change: Lead Beyond Your Limits.
When he isn’t in the office, Drew enjoys hiking, golfing, and gaming. On the weekends, you can find him playing board games with his family or trying out a new hobby.
