As Koltiv’s NOC Manager, Jeni leads the team responsible for resolving technical pain points and getting our clients’ workdays back on track. With six years of industry experience, she views her role as the ultimate support line for client infrastructure, ensuring that operating systems are kept up to date, secure, and optimized for business needs.
Jeni brings a unique blend of discipline and people skills to the team, stemming from her service in the Army where she held a primary MOS of 42A (Human Resources) and a secondary MOS of 25B (IT Specialist). She applies that diverse background to help teams run smoothly, always considering what works best for the client’s specific business goals.
Deeply involved in her community, Jeni volunteers regularly with the Ankeny School Districts and the Parent Teacher Organization. Her ideal Saturday involves sleeping in, enjoying a day of shopping and a fantastic dinner, and ending the night with a round (or ten!) of Fortnite.
