As Koltiv continues to grow, Mackenzie provides the stability and structure needed to keep our team thriving. She is responsible for all HR functions, overseeing every aspect of our people strategy, including recruitment, performance management, and the implementation of efficient HR technologies.
Before pivoting to IT, Mackenzie spent over a decade in high-profile retail management across New York City, Washington D.C., and Kansas City. It was in those environments that she discovered her passion for building strong workplace cultures and improving complex operations. Now a SHRM-CP certified professional and active member of the Central Iowa SHRM, she applies that same critical thinking to our internal structure.
Outside the office, you can find Mackenzie enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their two energetic toddlers.
