Before Koltiv, IT was managed by one person internally, and that one person only knows so much. The decision to move to managed services gave us a more well-rounded, holistic perspective. They created two custom applications specific to how our operation runs: one that gives dispatch and operations real-time incident tracking with automated alerts and predictive coaching analytics, and one that puts site inventory and tank information directly in front of drivers at the point of loading. Loading errors dropped. Efficiency improved by roughly half a load per shift. Driver turnover is at a record low. These aren't incremental gains, they're the kind of results that change how an operation runs.
