Your Cisco Needs Change As You Grow.

So Does Our Coverage.

What This Partnership Is

Koltiv + Cisco

Cisco covers a lot of ground: networking, firewalls, identity, endpoint protection, email, and threat detection. Some of that comes standard: Meraki network coverage is already part of every Managed IT package. Past that baseline, our team builds out the rest of the stack, from firewalls and MFA to email security and XDR, matched to what a given environment actually needs.

Our Cisco Services

Coverage Across Networking and Security

Some of this comes standard. The rest, we build around what you actually run.

6-2

Networking and Firewall Management

Meraki network updates come standard as part of our Managed IT Packages. For larger or more complex environments, we add traditional Cisco switches, expanded Meraki deployments, and Firepower firewalls.

customcloud

DNS Security

Umbrella or Secure Access stop threats at the DNS level, before a bad site or a bad download ever reaches a device.

customcloud

Duo MFA

Multi-factor authentication that protects access to your systems without adding friction your team will try to work around.

10-1

Secure Endpoint

Advanced endpoint protection, formerly known as AMP, that watches for threats device by device, not just at the perimeter.

10-1

Email Security

A traditional filtering layer through the Email Security Appliance, paired with Email Threat Defense to catch threats that only reveal themselves after a message has already landed.

aiready

Cisco XDR

Extended detection and response that ties signals together across your network, endpoints, and email, instead of leaving each one to flag threats on its own.

Who This Helps

Organizations Running Cisco Today, or Weighing It

Support across the Cisco ecosystem is right for organizations that want:

  • One partner across networking and security instead of stitching together multiple vendors
  • MFA and endpoint protection that goes beyond what's included in a standard Managed IT package
  • Meraki managed centrally across multiple locations, not left site by site
  • Email security that catches threats after delivery, not just at the inbox
  • Help navigating Cisco Enterprise Agreements and licensing without guessing at what's actually needed

The Koltiv Advantage

Built Around Your Environment, Not a Template

Cisco covers enough ground that most providers specialize in a piece of it. Koltiv works across networking and security together, with CCNP-certified engineers in both disciplines running through the same team that handles the rest of your network infrastructure. Nothing gets handed off between departments.

Not every Cisco environment needs to be custom, and we don't pretend otherwise. Baseline network coverage is consistent by design. Where environments start to differ is in the pieces that depend on what a business actually runs: firewalls, MFA, email security, XDR. We currently manage Meraki environments for roughly 50 separate client organizations, some with more than 50 sites under a single account, with coverage that scales to match what each one needs.

Given the choice, we prefer to run point on the whole thing: design, implementation, and ongoing management, including help navigating Cisco Enterprise Agreements so licensing decisions get made with the full picture in view. But we're flexible. Some clients want us fully in the driver's seat. Others want us involved at a specific layer. We build around whichever one actually fits.

Proof In Practice

What a Real Cisco Meraki Deployment Looks Like

At All-State Industries, a multi-location manufacturer, every piece of the network runs on Cisco Meraki, managed by Koltiv: firewalls, switches, access points, cameras, and environmental sensors, all visible from a single pane of glass. When a winter storm knocked out a makeup air unit and sent freezing temperatures through part of the facility, Koltiv's response was to install Meraki environmental sensors at every water riser so it could never happen again without warning.

How Our Cisco Partnership Works

A 3-step plan built around your environment

1

Assess Your Environment

We start with a network and security assessment to see what's actually in place today, where the gaps are, and where Cisco tools fit best.

2

Build the Right Plan

We design a setup matched to your environment, whether that's networking, security, or both, and map out enterprise agreements or licensing needs along the way.

3

Implement and Manage However You Need

We prefer to run point on implementation and ongoing management, but we scale our involvement to whatever degree fits your team.
