With eight years of experience in the IT industry, J.P. specializes in high-level consultative conversations that focus on what truly drives a company forward: profitability, efficiency, and security. He is well-versed in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), allowing him to align IT strategy directly with a client’s operational traction and long-term vision.
J.P. is deeply embedded in the industries he serves, maintaining active involvement in the Association of Business & Industry, the Agriculture Retailers Association, and the Iowa Grocery Industry Association. Outside of Koltiv, J.P. serves as President of the Crown's Club and supports the Children's Cancer Connection. His ideal Saturday is spent on the golf course with friends, followed by cheering on Iowa football with his family.
