With four years of IT experience and a CompTIA A+ certification, Jordan serves as a Tier 1 Support Specialist, tackling a wide variety of client environments every day. He is often the voice on the other end of the line in the Koltiv NOC, assisting clients with support tickets and ensuring their problems are heard and resolved. He also plays a crucial role behind the scenes, performing after-hours maintenance on servers, switches, firewalls, and access points to keep client systems secure and updated.

Jordan’s ideal Saturday is a balance of activity and relaxation. It starts with a leisurely brunch with his partner, followed by a sunny hike or an outdoor adventure. He winds down the day with friends, family, good food, and when it's football season, watching the game.
