Josh Holst joined Koltiv as Chief Operating Officer in June of 2026. Josh brings over 20 years of experience in technology and operations leadership. Known for his operational expertise, Josh thrives on turning vision into action and driving meaningful impact.
Previously, Josh led major IT transformation initiatives at a prominent insurance company and played a key role in building a successful cloud services business for a leading data center provider, earning recognition as a top growth partner in backup solutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, cooking, family travel, and appreciating a good bourbon. His ideal Saturday includes an early tee time, relaxing at home with good food and company, and cheering on the Hawkeyes.
