Tony believes in taking complex problems and bringing clarity through systems and structure, turning technology into reliable outcomes that help businesses grow with confidence.
Tony brings 31 years of IT experience to the table. His background combines strategic vision with a systems-driven mindset, leveraging frameworks such as EOS and 4DX to turn ideas into measurable results. He has previously served on the IBM Global Business Partner Advisory Council and Cisco SMB Business Partner Advisory Board. Beyond Koltiv, he is active in the Entrepreneurs Organization, Legatus, and National Kidney Foundation.
Outside of the office, Tony prioritizes family time, whether that’s a slow Saturday morning cup of coffee with his wife, Michelle, or tailgating for Iowa or Iowa State games with his kids. He also enjoys scuba diving and unwinding on the golf course.
